Embrace the Rage.

We turn rage into power through boxing, healing, and community.

A healing-centered & trauma informed boxing experience.

Embrace the Rage is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing healing, empowerment, and wellness through trauma-informed, community-based boxing programs. We center women, girls, and underserved communities—creating spaces where strength is not only physical, but emotional, cultural, and collective.

Our work is rooted in the understanding that rage is not something to suppress, but something to honor, process, and transform. Through structured boxing training, wellness check-ins, and culturally responsive care, we provide participants with tools to release stress, build confidence, and reconnect with their bodies in safe and supportive environments.
